How does the sleeping body affect the room around it? A separation of body and spirit; reality and dreamscape. How are we, the passing-by awake, affected by the innocent, sleeping body, in the middle of our busy everyday life? In Elevated, situated in this office building in Stockholm’s inner city, the worldly existence meets the elevated stage of borderless dreaming.
A place where people can, want to, and dare to rest, is a city of safety, empathy and warmth. In Elevated we practice this.
Installation was open a full 12h business day, in the office building where Misschiefs was located, at Hagastaden, Stockholm in the fall of 2022.
